Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a scheduled session. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: Cancellations made 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-12 hours may result in a refund of 50% of your payment. Cancellations after 12 hours and no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund. Contact me at taiwospetservices@gmail.com for cancellations or questions. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch with me at least 24 hours before your booked session. I strive to accommodate your scheduling needs while ensuring fairness and availability for other clients.
